1)       Must be 16 years or older

2)       Must submit Two 5x7 color and clear photos (one headshot, one full body)

3)       Contestants must have good quality pictures, webcam, camera phone pictures are not allowed.

4)       Contestants must not create duplicate Contestant accounts, one entry per person.

5)       Contestants may not have nude pictures.

6)       Contestants are expected to have recent pictures and up to date information in their application, failure to do so may jeopardize eligibility in the finals.

7)       Contestants are welcome to hire a professional photographer to make their contest entry pictures; however, they must warrant that they have unlimited license to use these photos for any purpose and that Ziba Beauty will also enjoy an unlimited use license. Ziba Beauty disclaims any responsibility for work submitted without proper license. The entrant will forfeit any prize amounts and privileges, and accept full responsibility for any misrepresented work and hold harmless Ziba Beauty in any way. 

8)       Semi-finalists will have to submit a 350 word essay on “What does being a Ziba Girl mean to you?” or “How will you change the world?”

9)       Semi-finalists are required to participate in any rehearsals for Ziba Girl 2009 as well participate in a runway show on the day of event.

10)   All entries become the property of Ziba Beauty under an unlimited license.
