Our training doesn’t stop at store management, we are working to extend our training is to all parts of our business including our corporate offices. We provide "Hands-on training”, specific to each individual's new position which starts at the onset of employment. We also provide additional training programs to management candidates to enhance productivity and teamwork.

Ziba Beauty Academy

Ziba Beauty has created the first in-depth educational training program in the world for The Art of Threading™ and The Art of Mehndi™. By applying and teaching skills that have been traditionally passed down from mothers to daughters, Ziba has developed a curriculum for teaching these art forms with a focus on facial shapes, designs, symbols and the like. With academies in California and India, every Ziba Beauty technician is trained and certified in The Ziba Way.
