To mirror the unparalleled in-studio Ziba experience, clients now have the option to take with them the newly introduced line of Ziba Cosmetics, specially curated to perfect the arch.

We have an opportunity for an experienced Sales Associate to join the Ziba Team. This position is primarily responsible for cosmetic retail goal achievement as well as providing client satisfaction, retail sales, and relationship building with clients, events/promotions as well as business development activities for goal achievement. This position is also responsible for maintaining the “Always Visit Ready” Studio Standards.


  • Follow and assist in achieving the Studio sales goals.
  • Ability to understand retail performance to budget, and generate increased performance.
  • Execute retail marketing activities, promotions and launches as directed and programmed by marketing.
  • Learning about Ziba Beauty products to be able to offer and discuss available options.
  • Provides high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales services.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and address complains in a timely manner.
  • Friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.
  • Maintains a secure & clean working environment that meets Ziba Beauty standards
  • Ability to handle appropriate reporting and operational tasks for the studio as instructed
  • Uphold and enforce merchandising standards, ensure flawless execution of all planogram, visual and esthetic requirements consistent with Ziba Beauty Brand
  • Report stock inventory as required
  • Ziba Studio janitorial responsibilities are shared within the team and include but are not limited to: disposing of clutter.
  • Ensures proper opening and closing procedures are executed.
  • Assist in implementing new studio and product promotions including signage, merchandises, scripts, and POP materials.
