While we are currently maintaining regular operations across all our studios, we are prepared to modify operations with options that still allow us to serve you in as safe and most sanitized environment possible. This means that as we navigate this dynamic situation community-by-community and store-by-store, we may adapt the store experience by limiting seating to improve social distancing, enable mobile and online appointments only, to keep the number of people in our studios limited. As a last resort, we will close a store if we feel it is in the best interest of our customers and team, or if we are directed to do so by government authorities. In any such situation, we expect studio disruption to be temporary.”
As far as the service is concerned, we are using 62% alcohol based hand sanitizers before every service on our hands and the guests hand. We use individual head rest paper that are disposable like in a doctor’s office. We clean and sanitize our high traffic areas every two hours. This is part of our protocol and culture at Ziba Beauty. We are just being even more diligent due to the Covid 19 situation.
Most important of all: Please use our Online Appointment system to book your appointment to avoid walk in services. This will prevent crowding in our stores and allow us to remain in business during this especially difficult time in retail business. We need you to remain in business, and we also want to provide you with the safest and best service experience possible.
