Feb Faves 2019 | Ziba Beauty

Feb Faves 2019 | Ziba Beauty
Is it us or did February just fly by? Maybe it’s because it was a shorter month or it could be that we emulated the meaning of “time flies when you’re having fun!” Tbh it was probably a bit of both, the second one being way more applicable to this post. We had so much fun listening / using / watching / loving things this month, that we wanted to share all the good stuff in a round up called… you guessed it, Feb Faves! Maybe this list will inspire you to try something you haven’t before OR maybe, you have a favorite that’s the same as ours – let us know if we’re soulmates! Now, let’s get straight into it.

These are a few of our favorite things…. Can you guess what the first one is?

1.thank u, next – Ariana Grande

Yes we, like everyone else, have had this album on repeat in our office and studios. Really though, we can’t get enough of these bops and while to some, it might seem Needy and a situation in which only NASA can help; we say it’s a Bad Idea and are cruising on by singing thank u, next.

2.The Umbrella Academy (Netflix Original Series)

The Umbrella Academy Netflix

Okay okay, so we may have binged this show because it was just. so. good. From the story, to the acting, to the direction, the entire show was executed flawlessly and was mysterious, gruesome and still hilarious in all the right places. We highly recommend watching (when you have very little responsibilities lol). P.S. we’d like to give a special shout out to Jordan Robbins’ brows because they’re perf.

3.Oscar Brows

Speaking of Jordan’s brows – we wanted to quickly mention our other brow favorites from this years’ Oscars Ceremony. While there were a ton of great brows out there; these four sets of brows stole the show (especially the last two). Keep scrolling to see what we’re talking about! Also, whose brows will you be showing your Brow Artist for inspo?
Tessa Thompson and her naturally natural brows just slayed as usual:

Emilia Clarke’s fiercely stunning, bold brows, stood their ground on the red carpet (and could probably take on a dragon or two):

And our absolute fave brows(s) go to this gorgeous couple, whose arches had us wowing for days. Jason Momoa and Lisa Bonet:

4.Ziba Cosmetics: Finish Wax Pencil

You know we can’t do a favorites post without including one of our own products and this month we’ve been reaching for the Finish Wax A LOT. With the “New Year” feels still motivating us, we’ve all been trying to stay on our health game by making working out, a priority. We don’t tend to wear makeup when we exercise but some of us have some pretttyy long brow hairs that can tend to have a mind of their own if they’re not tamed – especially if we’re moving around a lot. Enter; the Finish Wax Pencil. The wax pencil is perfect for working out because it’s not quite makeup and won’t irritate your skin if your face gets at all sweaty. It has a flexible hold that will keep all those brow hairs in place all-day. Plus, you won’t look weird by only having a brow product on because this pencil is 100% transparent! Basically, some of us have resorted to carrying a second Wax Pencil in our gym bags and we don’t plan on changing that any time soon.

And those are some of our Feb Faves! Did you have anything you especially loved this month – share them with us!
Take Care,
Ziba Beauty xo
