On average, every three to four weeks

The majority of clients maintain consistently clean, defined, and well-shaped brows with eyebrow threading every three to four weeks. This corresponds with a normal hair growth cycle: most facial hair has a growth phase of about 4–6 weeks, but hairs grow at staggered intervals, so at about 3 weeks, you’ll start to see noticeable regrowth, particularly above and below the brow line.

Factors Influencing Your Own Timeline

Rate of Hair Growth

The largest variable is this one. Some clients have dense, rapidly growing brow hair, and after two weeks, there is noticeable regrowth. Others can easily wait five to six weeks between appointments and have fine, slow-growing hair. After a few visits, you’ll understand your own cycle; most clients have a clear idea of their ideal schedule after two or three visits.

How Well-Defined Your Eyebrows Are

You should visit every two to three weeks if you want your brows to be extremely clean, sharp, and free of visible stray hairs. Every four to six weeks is ideal if you want a slightly more relaxed, fuller look with texture and natural volume. This will actually allow your brow hairs to grow in fuller over time.

Whether You Take Care of It at Home

Customers frequently discover that they can extend appointments to four to five weeks without their brows appearing messy if they use the Ziba Brow Crayon for daily touch-ups and perform some tweezing maintenance in between visits. Your Calendar of Services and Events

Make your threading appointment five to seven days in advance of any upcoming events, such as weddings, photo shoots, reunions, or other gatherings. This allows your brows to “settle” into their shape and any slight redness to completely go away.

What Happens If You Wait Too Long?

Your appointment will take a little longer if it has been more than eight weeks since your last threading because your artist will be evaluating regrowth patterns and reestablishing the shape. This is not an issue for clients who have maintained a regular schedule because your artist is familiar with your ideal shape and can effectively replicate it. There might be a short adjustment period for new clients who have experienced significant regrowth as you settle into your ideal shape over the course of two to three visits.
