I just had SUCH an amazing experience here! They’re located on the second floor of the center that they’re located in, and as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted, check in was so easy, and I was helped within 2 minutes! S.K. asked me what I was looking for, and shaped my brows. She definitely listened to me and cared that I liked my brows. My sisters wedding is in two days so it was important that my brows turned out well. She did suuuch a great job!! When I checked out, the girls at the counter where so nice and understanding when I was mentally frazzled (putting the ticket in my purse and inserting my card into the machine backwards 10/10 would recommend and I’m certainly going back!
Ziba is the only place I go for my eyebrow threading and facial waxing. I have trusted Mona with my brows for several years and she is truly a perfectionist. I have a scar on one eyebrow that she is able to work around in order for both brows to look groomed and complete. I have had other services with Mona, including facial waxing and bikini waxing. She really takes pride in her work and really has a great relationship with all of her clients.
Nilofer is the bomb. I’ve been coming to this location since high school. Nilofer gets it right all the time. She’s def worth the wait. Won’t let anyone touch my brows unless it’s her. Recommend this particular location all the time bc of Nilofer to all my friends and family.
